Launch Bookmark Plus

To launch Bookmark Plus local app, just navigate to Extensions -> Bookmark Plus by Vidura and click on Open Bookamrk+ button. This will navigate user to mind map. If you navigate to topic list, from next time, it will navigate to last stayed window.
